Office Co-ordinator

We are looking for an erudite and intellectual office co-ordinator, with determination, drive and confidence who can grow professionally as we grow this company.


The efficient functioning of the office through administrative, financial and managerial tasks – so ensuring the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis

Be the face and the voice of the company – from reception, to meet and greet, to admin tasks such as fuel cards, travel, stationery, timesheets, to overseeing stock consignment, insurance, vehicles, cleaning

Implementing and maintaining new procedures around deliveries and collections

Overseeing basic HR functions such as monitoring timesheets, staff holiday, and creating a new process and structure for staff inductions

Ordering stationery and furniture when required

Own contractor management and landlord relationships

Ensure the company uses at all times the approved suppliers list

Help the COO oversee IT and VOIP telephony

A degree would be beneficial and this role is open to graduates from all degree disciplines
